Hi,

Have started on the tutorial but can you explain what the symnbols under 8 mean? I have designer pro x 10 and searched for them on the buttonpalette but the symbols that appear to belong under the arrange-combine shapes option are greyed out.
When I select the blend and access the arrange-come shapes the only available option is add shapes. The break shapes is also greyed out.

The first button stands for Arrange>Convert to Editable shapes (Ctrl+Shift+S). The second is Ungroup (Ctrl+U).



Don't feel badly about not knowing every one of the 4 billion icons in Xara!
