    Default Fun and creative website

This site uses parallax scrolling but in a very straightforward and logical way. With a little scripting, I bet you could do this in Xara.

The animated three dimensional letters represent the letters in the company name.

    Thanks for the link, Gary.

Really impressive site - not hard to see the talent at their disposal.

Doesn't display quite right under firefox though.

I am not sure it is parallex scrolling egg but it gives that feeling without a lot of floating stuff.

To bad it's not the entire alphabet because that could make a nice Drop Cap if there was a Q for this month's letter.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

It can be done in Xara but it's more difficult than doing it iin Flash where you can have different animations with seperate time-lines. Here's several html5 conversion via Swiffy overlayed one above the other in a Xara Web Page. Pretty basic, just trying the theory. Artwork would need a lot more work etc and there are correctable faults but as a test I think it works fairly well if a little slow.

Just tested it on mine too and it does the same Paul. It states theres a problem on the page & reloads it and then goes into an endless loop. Basically it has various Swiffy genenerated html5 animations loaded into iframes one layer above the other.

Not a serious attempt to create anything, just trying to duplicate a similar effect to the link Gary supplied.

I miss the flexibility of Flash, it was such an easy media to create animations and much more within.
