Hopefully they've addressed some of the multitude of aggravations plaguing Painter7...

Evidently "procreate" has gone away...good riddance!

Only if you live in North America.

Here in the UK the only version available is version 7 at nearly twice the price of Version 8 in the US and Canada. £174 for the upgrade against $149 for the version 8 upgrade in North America.

Not the first time Corel has done this, and Adobe are just as bad.

and found the Painter 8 upgrade at £120 ex VAT (£141.94 including VAT.)

for the link to this offer - as you say every little helps, I checked several of the UK online catalogues and this is the only one offering the upgrade at this price.
