Recover website?

Recover website?
I lost my work due to a virus attack. I lost most of the work I recently did on the site
However I exported my site before it happened. Can I recover the site by using the pages that I exported?

Sorry to hear about the virus attack.

In what form did you export the pages?

And have you looked in the backups? (File > Open Recent... Backups...)
