    Default Experimental Stereogram

I've been doing a lot of stereograms using just vector lines. This involves creating a Mapped Texture stereogram then tracing over the lines.

Most Mapped Texture stereograms that use lines have areas where the software is not quite sure and there are gaps in the lines. So by tracing over the shapes I have been able to create some very clean images. The first image Pyramid is an example of the lines.

Then it occurred to me today that maybe I could apply some of the Line Gallery Stroke Shapes to the lines. The second example, Two Hearts is the result of this.

It is not as easy to see as Pyramid but maybe it is not all about making it easy.

    Ack. The images are reversed.

    What do you think?

The twin hearts do work, hard to view because the background lines are so busy. Pyramid much easier, works well.

I can see the hearts a little better than I could when I viewed it on Facebook, still a little iffy. The pyramids are nice and "solid"

Yes me too. I couldn't get the hearts to work for me.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

Could see both without a problem Gary but the hearts are far harder to keep in focus. I think the brain is still searching for a single one stroke line.
How about trying it with dots on a curve?

I tried that Egg using different size transparent bubbles applied as a brush. Probably a toss up as to which was less easy to pop.

    .... different size transparent bubbles...
I think that may cause problems again with the brain trying to resize them to a standard size Gary

It certainly did with (what's left of) my brain.

Same here. The pyramids popped out immediately but the hearts 'quivered' in and out. I enjoy these stereograms with just lines.
