Hello I am looking for this font to use for a poster I'm making for a small event. Any help would be appreciated!

That would be custom artwork created for ECW Hardcore TV.
Even if it was a print font, and I doubt that it is - you'd need permission to use it.

are you sure it is a font?
sometimes you can drawn it with a brush.
some fonts can be found on special websites.

Hello, yes im sure it is an actual font. I have seen it used elsewhere too. Im hoping to find out what it is soon. Heres another picture of it.

Why don't don't you just ask the sites where you have seen the font where the font comes from?

I'm sure it's not the only font you can use.

Did you ever find that font? If not it might be korn bold but I cannot tell for sure.

It's hard to tell because the second image is so small but these don't look like the same font to me the S is quite different. And if you do a google image search as I suspect Steve has done you'll find that ECW uses a few different typefaces (or lettering styles) for the same logos. I'd suggest looking on dafont.com and do a search for handwritten and /or grunge style fonts and see what you can find.
If you don't mind purchasing a font you could try myfonts.com But be aware if you are trying to re-create the ECW Hard Core Wrestling logo and this is a commercial project you should ask permission or your client should have permission to use the logo.

I think using a brush to draw the letters comes very near to what is aimed at
