Tracing the font in the template using Adobe Illustrator CS6

Hi guys. I'm a new guy in this forum & Adobe Illustrator. Someone just gave me the template of the name card under the .ai file. My job here is to change the name & their other info. When I click on the text, this what happen (picture). So how can I trace the font in that name card template? Or should I just search every single font that got inside the Illustrator?
