    Default auto save error

When site is auto-saved it comes up with the error message - "Failed to copy the XAR files support folder."

I do not get this when I save the site.

Is this a serious problem and how do I solve it? - tk - jb

Check your Options > Backups folder exists. It should be similar to C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Xara\WebDesignerPremium \10\Backups.

    Found the folder C:\users . . .

Do I delete all the files in it?

NO! Do not delete these files (well the older ones yes because these really add up after a while). But go to File > Open Recent... Backups... and try to open the more recent versions of your site. If you can get one to open and everything looks more or less right, save it over the bad file with the same name.

Xara backs up your document about every ten minutes so when something like this happens you can open a slightly older version and you do not lose all your work.
