Xara Web Designer 10 Premium - Unable to download?

Just had to re install Xara Web Designer 10 Premium on my system, and no matter what I do I get the following message just prior to start-up.

'Unable to download some additional installation files, so Smart Shapes will be unavailable. Please connect to the internet and restart the program.'

Obviously, I am already connected to the Interweb, and have repeatedly restarted with no effect. I have also made sure that I'm up to date with the program itself, and even tried grabbing a fresh content pack. Nothing worked. So, how can I get rid of this?

Alas, I've tried that many times, and I still get the same issue.

Hi Nathan,

I've tried this locally after refreshing the server and the problem seems to be cleared - can you try again and see if you still get the problem?

Right click and run as Administrator - usually cures things like this.
