    Strangley enough I received a mail-shot from istock which carried a very similar but more complicated 3D cube tile. It had numerous fill colours for the cubes as well as a fairly complex offset.

    I thought I'd try to replicate it in Xara.

    Here are my results:

    The left image is of a numerous colour fill, the right is of a "type" of greyscale fill. All are editable.

    Also attached is a screengrab of the istock image.

    I've also attached the xar files but editing them is not for novices.

    Off-topic but anyway, I stopped using iStock on principle when it was bought out by Getty. Anything that is Getty images is anathema and if I have to search high and low for an alternative to a Getty image, I will. Sometimes if you stand for nothing you will settle for anything.
