How about giving up on your present login and just create a new account. Then try using that new account to contact the Admins and explain your problem? In this way you MAY be able to reconfigure your original account.

Tried it and they know about my videos and music making and they know about my favourite software suites, butchers, pub, lager and take aways as I've mentioned them often enough (look under the name motsy).
It's probably their server but apart from that you're guess is as good as mine.

The problem seemed to have mysteriously sorted itself out but the mods haven't explained.
