I wish they added a "set zoom factor >> page width" button; i think it would be a very convenient option.

Have you tried creating control bars? You can use the 'Zoom to page' option

Yes, I've customized the toolbar and added all the available "view" buttons; it's just I would love to have the "page width" as a button. Thanks for your comments!
