    Info HTML Editor Utility

TinyMCE Editor Utility.web is a page I use when I need to build some HTML for a body Placeholder when I am away from my usual setup.
It can be used from Page Preview, Exported locally or even Published.

It allows me to create complex HTML tables.
The only downside is the process you have to follow to update the same.
You need to open the Placeholder in your design page, copy it to Clipboard and insert into the TinyMCE page by opening the Tools > <>Source Code and pasting into there.
Make changes. Then reverse the process.

Better than nothing if you don't understand HTML.
