Type 1 Font Support

Dear XARA developers,

XARA 2.0 is the app I'm using most except for my 3D and CAD apps. However, it couldn't handle Type 1 Fonts. Now I expected that you fixed this bug in XARA X - but no, it's still the old guesswork procedure.

Would you please fix this bug before you distribute the final release? I think there are many users who really will appreciate a correct Type 1 font handling - even if the final release would be postponed for a month or two.

Hi,

in CorelXara 2, my type1 fonts printed correctly but not like they were displayed on screen.

In Xara X (with my material and NT4) they print like they are on screen but sometimes with strange shifts in the outline.

But the kerning is not good and remains like in CorelXara 2.

Thus the problem is only a little bit more controlable !!!
