    Default Sub-menu not fully visible

On my website created in Xara Designer 10 Pro I have a vertical main menu. One of the buttons has 2 sub-menus. The sub-menu buttons only show a small portion of the text. Using the Pop-up dialog box I cannot find any setting that makes the full text visible in the sub-menu. (See attached screen shot.)
    Any suggestions?

Peter, check the NavBar Pop-up menu style Horizontal offset; it is probably negative.
    Reset to 0.

Thanks. I wish it were that simple. Please see the attached image of the present Navbar and Nav Bar Pop-up windows. I have tried every one of the settings but to no avail - including adding extra spaces before or after the page titles. Nothing worked so far.

Hi Peter I know it sounds daft but try changing the Orientation from Vertical to Horizontal. Does that help?

Thanks, but all that did was to make my main menu turn into a horizontal menu. So... not a solution.

    But I appreciate your efforts.

Okay, worth a try I notice your horizontal offset is set to zero, what happens if you set it to 100?

It worked... sort of. The sub-menus initially were quite far to the right, though. I gradually reduced the horizontal offset to 10 and the sub-menus came within a few pixels of the main menu button. BUT, when I tried to move my mouse from the main button to activate one of the sub-menus, the sub-menu buttons disappeared before I could click on them.

So, in desperation, I have created a new page whose only function is to show 2 buttons that link to the 2 pages that I had wanted to be accessible from the sub-menus. NOT the ideal solution. If anyone can help me make it possible to access the sub-menus from the main menu, rather than having to add an unnecessary linking page, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions so far.

Hi Peter, trying to guess the problem your having and finding a solution without a xar or web file is guessing in the dark.

Could you attach a copy of your site (cut down if necessary) so we can work on a single file and offer you solutions?

It sounds a lot like a bug. And I think there are a few with the sub menus.

How can you say it's a bug without the source file Gary?
