    Smile Inch Units

In options is there a way to set defaults for Grad and Ruler and Units? Didn't see it in the help files. I never had a need before but now I need to work in inches and it is tiring to reset each task to inches from pixels before starting .

    Thanks Xara enthusiasts.

Set up a document with the units you need set and then save it as a template.

John - I think you can also create a new page US Letter then enable the rulers (Ctrl L). US Letter uses inches instead of pixels.

I do have several premade map sizes that I regularly use and have templates for, but in general this is what I do - start with US letter, then go to File/Page Options and set my document size to whatever I want in there.
