Basically my computer hangs while "updating cache settings" in Paintshop Pro x6. I'm on a quad core i7 laptop running windows 8.1. To date, I've tried all the instructions laid out here - http://www.ehow.com/how_7495566_rese...hop-pro-x.html

The last thing I did in PSPx6 was to add some plugins. I'm guessing this is the issue.

Frankly, this has me wondering if I'm at the end of the line with Corel. Just venting, but I cannot contact them for support unless I pay $20, and I cannot re-download the software. They are just getting too painful to deal with.
