Lost menu bar in Web Designer 6... any help

I have lost the menu bar (File, Edit, etc) across the top of my program (Web Designer 6). Lost the disk and Xara has not responded to my ticket. Any suggestions????

Go to Windows > Control Bars and uncheck (if necessary) then check the menu bars that are missing.

Or more likely you've gone into Full Screen mode by mistake. Just click the numeric keypad # 8.

you can check if egg is right by holding your cursor against the topmost edge of the program window when the menu should drop down

in my version the shortcut is ctrl+8[numeric keypad] - but you can do this in the xara window menu by clicking on 'full screen' to toggle it if you do not have a num keypad [and you drop down the menu]

num lock should be on if you do it that way
