Xara Designer Pro X10 Content Catalog JavaScript bug?

I installed Xara Designer Pro X10 on my Windows 8 computer (AMD A10) and I'm getting the following error when attempting to open the Content Library from Insert|From Content Catalog...

AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED IN THE SCRIPT ON THIS PAGE (see screenshot).

I tried uninstalling DP, re-installing, updating my version of Java, turning off my antivirus, etc., but it's still not working. Any ideas?

Aside from Run as Administrator (close the program, right click on the program icon, select Run as Administrator) nothing I can suggest.

Run as Administrator only needs to be done one time and it will either work or it won't.
