3d graphic made in P&GD 2013 nor rendering when copied into web designer 10

anybody have a resolution to this problem.

i make this part logo in P&GD 2013 but then when i copy it to designer 10 website it looks rubbish.

scratch that.......... although it is annoying as i used to be able to do it no problem, i get the desired result from exporting as png so not a biggy.....thanks
