programme freezes

Hi,
if I open a project in webstyle 4 and the item opens OK (such as a banner). If i then press the colour button on the left to change the colour, the whole programme freezes and i have to re start the PC. Tried re installing over the exisiting programme and also uninstalled the programme and re installed. Help!!
