    Default Links Within Page

I have set up anchors, and links from alphabet letters across the top of the page. The page has been extended to fit the text – now a CUSTOM height 1455px
Only the links early in the alphabet work correctly
Links to anchors further down the page only go to the bottom of the original page

Any advice welcome - thanks in advance

Using Anchors in text is usually more effective if the text is longer and fills several screens. Linking to Anchors can also jump to different pages.

A list as short as the one you have posted does not really require anchors.

Thanks - the list will be longer when I have added the description for each item..
If I can't find out how to fix the problem I will remove the links, and people can simply scroll down the list.

It's not working the way you want it to because anything between M and Z will hit the bottom of the page.
Adding extra blank space at the bottom will 'fix' what seems to be wrong.

Thanks for advice - doesn't seem to make any difference, but I will work on this some more.

An anchor will move the page so it is at the top of the browser unless there is no more page to move up.

I would create 27 popup layers for 0, A-Z and place all you alphabetised entries in the correct layer.
Change the A-Z links to open the required layer.
This way you can shrink the page height and create columns of entries.

    Use the space, Luke.

AHA! I see what you mean - thanks for that.
Worked a treat, although I have now decided not to include links on that page. Always good to learn something new though..
