I finally got the photo pasted on the paste board background. But when I click on the photo and select add to pasteboard background, it tiles. So when I go to un-select the Title, the picture remains on the background in one small section. So I click "Fill Browser Window"....nothing. It doesn't fill. Now, I used a png photo, did work, and I changed it to a bitmap...still nothing. recommendations please. Thanks in advance!
