Hi,

I thought I'd just get back into the swing with a totally OT but Knowledgebase-worthy point or two...

I got a Toshiba Satellite this summer and the darned thing would not interface with our home network even though I knew the wireless card had been installed. To condense 5 hours of tech support into a sentence or two:

-The Satellite has a miniscule power on switch to the left of the front panel, which starts the network card.

-Even though viruses are a dime a dozen, you must not use ZoneAlarm with the networking card. Use Norton or something.

Got a book on Maya 4 and I'm going to try to learn the edu version.
