To the best of my knowledge you cannot change a theme from one to another.

But you can use one of the new templates and then copy and paste and drag and drop your existing content into the new template.

You can find the PayPal widgets in the new Content Gallery (Insert > From Content Gallery > Page Elements and Widgets) or in the Designs Gallery.
