Will Xara Designer Pro X9 be upgraded to have Web Designer 10 Premium features?

I have Xara Web Designer 9 Premium but have switched my sites over to run on Xara Designer Pro X9. Will Designer Pro be upgraded or must I upgrade to Xara Web Designer 10 Premium to get the new features?

My best guess is that Designer Pro X10 (if that is the name--not sure) will have the same web features as WD10. This is based entirely on previous releases.
