Voucher for 12 months of Web Hosting

I never received my voucher for the web hosting when I bought Xara Web Design Premiere, can someone help or direct me to the right place? I looked through every email I ever got from Xara but no voucher.

when I bought Xara Designer Pro the voucher was in my order confirmation email from Xara - if you bought your Web Designer from them recheck this - if you did not buy it from Xara site, but bought it from Magix or someone else you will need to ask them I think...

EDIT - the 'voucher' was an access code given in the body text of the email towards the end [not an attachment]
