Web Designer 9 Premium keeps crashing on startup

Please help! I urgently need to update my website, but Web Designer keeps crashing when I load. I am using the 64bit version under Windows 7.

I double click the desktop icon and the program starts to load.

It loads to display the Affiliate Programme. I select an option and click OK.

Then I get the usual timer saying "Please wait" then it stops with the Windows message

Web Designer 9 Premium has stopped working - with the option of closing the program for check online for a solution.

Is your version of Windows 7 64-bit? Have you tried the 32-bit version?

Have you tried this, right click on the program icon and select Run as Administrator. This will either work or it won't and you only have to do this one time.

You can also right click on the Program icon and select Troubleshoot Compatibility.

Let us know if any of these works.
