Exporting Issues

I'm trying to export a banner for my brothers website and for some reason it's not exporting correctly. The box used for the banner has rounded edges, but when the image is exported it squares the edges of the box and instead of the corner bits being transparent they're filled in white.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

I'm using Designer Pro X9
Other Details... The background is set as transparent. I've tried exporting as a .jpg too.

A .jpg does not support transparency.

You need to export as a .gif with transparent background or as a .png (using 'True Colour + Alpha').
