how to "scroll" photos on a home page

I'm not sure what to call what I want to do, but I can explain it.

I am creating a site that will have a photo gallery of work that has been done. What I would like to do is on the home page have a photo area that randomly changes the photos. When the person clicks on the gallery page, then they will be able to select the type of work they would like to see.

The first issue is to get your post in the right forum.

Try the Nivo slider. It's in the Designer Gallery. You can add links. They will have to be physical links e.g. mysite.com/mycontent.htm
