Webdesigner Premium 9 uploading problems: HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

Hi Guys,
I've bought the shiny new webdesigner 9, spent a good few weeks designing, writing, editing, and adding graphics. The day comes to upload the site, and what happens??? Nothing! The program gets to 25% of the converting document for export thing, and boom, nothing happens. What can I do to stop this from happening? I notice that Xara products are really good for ease of use etc, but they are truly awful for uploading. I had nother problem when I used webdesigner 6.
Guys please tell me what I should do, to get my site uploaded.It can remain on the timer icon for about an hour, then it says that the program is not responding? What the hell is going on? Help me fellas, please! If i'm neglecting the ladies out there, then I beseech you also, ladies and gentlemen please help me!

Make sure you have the latest update.

if that dont work run the program as administrator and also make sure your firewall allows the program through.

We all understand the frustration when things don't work as they should do.
But, please refrain from using inappropriate and offensive language on the forum.

Every member is here to help, if they can.
And, as you can see, there are already a few suggestions.

Also, have you contacted Xara and raised the issue with them?

It won't help you, but no matter what application I use to design my websites, I never use the built-in uploader in any of those software packages. I always use an FTP program and directly upload sites and site content. I'll need to create all appropriate directories and upload content specific to each directory. I can control permissions on each directory, and other issues. I prefer to use FTP because I have more control, and find problem solving easier to deal with when doing it this way.
