Uploads all files

All I wanted to do was change a few words on my site and upload .....but it uploads the whole thing again .....photo albums and all.
Takes ages for just one text change........and I have got the check box ticked for fast upload.

Any Ideas please

Have you applied the latest updates? (Help > Check for Updates)

There were some related problems that cropped up with the first update which fixed one problem and created another.

I think the most recent update fixed this problem.
