Can't get thumbnails to load

Thanks wizard 509, no I hardly ever turn it off. The only time it get's a restart is when Microsoft does an update. I guess in the future I'll have to re-boot at least once a week anyway.

I know this is an old thread but I thought it may help to add the following:

I suddenly started getting the same error message, although I was connected to the internet.

This appeared after an Windows update had re-started my computer, but logged in to Administrator, not my usual log-in.

It transpired I had two users logged in.

Logging off the Administrator made no difference, Xara still insisted I wasn't connected to the internet.

I had to restart the computer, which I rarely do.

The restart sorted the problem.

Still a strange bug?
