If you have the Photoshop file just select the text or the outline and change the color.

I can think of about 5 or 6 ways to do this. Here is one tutorial which explains some of the ways: http://digital-photography-school.co...r-in-photoshop
Hope this helps or do a Google search on "changing colour in a Logo in Photoshop" most will mention a colour overlay blending mode with or without using a mask.

Hey thanks Albacore
I've a 1300 page Photoshop book so I now know the heading/wording to look for.
I'll report back, hopefully in half an hour!
Thanks guys - look I tried and tried - but to get a result I found a young guy online in Bangladesh who was quite happy to do this for $5 !!
For future reference do the following: As your logo is black the the easiest way is to change Mode ---- Greyscale, then go ---- Dutone, in the preview dialogue box click on the Black colour then enter your RGB values --- 255, 222,30.
The ways that were shown in yesterdays tut was for files with alpha channels and others, sorry.
