I strongly doubt that you can make a real web-site using the PI6. The thing is, that you can create it, but this page will need cleaning. The pictures are to be cut into small pieces.
May be I am wrong and you know it well.
Than the answer is simple. Insert anywhere:

I agree. PI codes gets messed up in browsers other than IE. But if you HAVE to, maybe you can make dummy rectangles the size of the actual banners, then change the img source to the actual ones after generating the html?
