I don't know about the Photo bundle but I have tried the trial version of Eye Candy 7 and it has problem which make it necessary to lock the effects. Eye Candy six and older versions work fine.

I believe I have the latest EC and it works fine in the latest Xara 32 bit IF you lock effects and works fine in PSP.
