I am a newbie to Photoshop but I am enjoying all the things I am learning....
This might sound stupid to some of you guys but how do I find out what Effects and Styles have been used in an image or a text so if I want to use the same type of effects and colors I can do it?
    Thanks

A lot of the images you can post here and we can give you an idea of how to create the effect, also there are a lot of tutorial websites on the net.

    Hi Morgan38

when I understand you, I try to answer to you. Sorry for my english. Effects and Styles whichone have been used in an image you can find in Layer window. In item is smal black ball with F in it. It mean that there are used effects. And cliking on it, roll the menu with effect and styles.

Font: hm, when your image have not rastered fonts, you have chance to edit it. Check layer with text, and choos "T" in flying tools menu on left of program. Next you can check the text and in menu on the top of program find the icon with page, right from T on the small curve. And in this menu you can edit your text.....

Thank you both for the reply. Miress, I think I am following you about the effects part. I just didn't understand the part about fonts and editing text. Is there any way you could explain more?I didn't know which icon you are talking about!
    Thanks again.
