    I really like it. It's not pretentious and is completely in keeping with the organisation.

    The other hands are better but maybe move each hand outward a bit to make them read faster as hands.

    I don't like the way the hands now point - the old ones were more natural.

    yes, they were naturally holding a plate, but the new orientation looks awkward (to me at least).
