Problem when viewing popups layers with an iPad

I am working on a new site, gotrikke.com and using popup layers for videos and other information. Works with all browsers on PC and Mac. When I view it on an iPad, and click one of the popup botons, it freezes the page. Nothing will work after the popup is lonched until you refresh the page. It dose the same thing with or without locking layers. I tried removing the animation from the popup layer and it helped but still have the same problem when I close the popup even with the locking layer removed. Any suggestions?

Suggestion is to put your videos and other information on new pages.

I checked some other sites that I had done in earlier version of Xara and the popups work fine with the iPad. I would proffer not having to leave the page just to watch a video. This is one of the features that I really liked about Xara.
