If I upgrade to Windows 64bit, will my current version of WebDesigner9 run on it?

Hello,...I'm looking to move to a PC that runs Windows 64bit. (replacing my old one) Will my current version of Web Designer 9 Premium work on it? Also,...how do I install it on my new PC since I already reached my limit of PC installations?

Thanks Gary. Of course trying to reach Xara by phone is NOT for the faint of heart (nearly impossible)....
