I was originally going to use the photographs for a video I abandoned and they were on my hardrive doing nothing.
I used an Alcatel OT-903/laptop webcam for the photographs and added them one by one into the Windows Movie Maker timeline and overlapped them. The effects were achieved in a free app called CameraMX which I got from Android Play Store. The music was 'composed' in Magix Music Maker Rock 4 by clicking on a sound sample in a menu and dragging and dropping it into the top third of the screen.
