Shirt design for football team

I couldn't leave a message earlier for some reason anyway this is a shirt design I'm doing for a local high school.

I think you must mean American football (Rugby with padding and crash helmets) .. :-/

very nice rendering. do you think the background is a little too busy?

Of the two, I prefer the 2nd (one color), it ls less busy, but I can't help wondering if the text of all the (different schools?) is necessary.

Yeah I got a little busy but they wanted it splattery (if that a word) and I'm not use to it. And the school names they wanted that's their rivals. And yeah sorry I should of said american football.
