I bet their servers are down. This happens from time to time. They might be doing maintainence.

I'm sorry that I didn't see this thread sooner. I made an announcement in the Xara Xone area, didn't expect to find anything here, though.

@Acorn—the videos play okay because they aren't hosted locally. They're on YouTube's servers.

The server has been down since Friday afternoon New York DST, and Barbara notified TPTB shortly after that.

As far as we know at the moment (because no everyone works on the weekend), Barb and the other Admins at The Xara Group will be migrating content to a new server (thus alleviating a chronic problem) to go live on or about Monday morning.

"Stay tuned" is the best anyone can offer right now, sorry to say.

I've moved this thread to the Xara Xone forum and stuck it for now to make this information easier to locate for anyone who might be wondering why the Xara Xone can't be found.

It's Sunday, August 4, about 10.30am New York DST, and Xaraxone.com has been partially restored now.

Be sure to clear your browser's cache before trying to get there, and please do not post here that you can't see Xara Xone if you haven't cleared the cache in your browser! The DNS is going out to a new server now and the new address might take a while to percolate through the intertubes, okay?

It went up at 10.30, Barb and Xara worked on the new server for two hours, it now has other problems, tomorrow we're estimating, sorry.
