OK now I can see the horse head too, but mostly I still see the frog.

I can only see the horse's head when I look at the picture the way I have learned to look at Gary's stereograms; that is, I put my face rather close to the screen and then focus my eyes a bit beyond the screen's surface. This was after I already knew what to look for.
