Webpage width, height and pasteboard back ground

Hi all!

Someone posted the link in another thread that is a great example for a question I have to help fill my lack of knowledge on some elements with XWD MX Premium that I use to build my website. In an ideal world I'd love to build something similar in that
a) it uses the monitor as a complete canvass
b) the pasteboard images don't keep repeating on themselves

By b) above what I mean is this.... if I made my website pages 50 pixels longers the bright blue background I have on my website will reappear at the bottom of the page. And I can't figure out why this is or how to get around it.

So are there any online tutorial for this for Xara's product? I'm sure there must be but haven't a clue as to what phrase to use when searching to pull up the right result.

a) would be a responsive design, which Xara does not do. Try designing a very wide horizontal site with suitable navigation.
b) can be achieved by making the graphic longer. Look at http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthre...the-entire-top. I searched "background".
