    It's Existentialist Larry. We are all framed - defined - by external things like religion, social conscious, conformity, upbringing, political systems, received wisdom etc and we often disagree with this subconsciously ... Sartre called this "Nausea". But are we just a blank slate inside? The frames dominate our lives so that we do not think and so are often as good as blank slates. Discard the framework for something more basic and flexible and we will blossom.

    That is what Steve is saying.
