embossed text - how?

This should be easy but I don't see how to do it in PHotoshop or Fireworks.

I have a 3 letter logo and just want to make it 3D and on an angle so it looks like this...

This type of feature for the task you are seeking to do here would more likely be easier to do in

Ulead's "Cool 3D"

and/or
"Real Draw Pro"
