I'm using bvcsoft swf to mov converter.it works great for me. I like the volume normlaizer function.their customer service are very good. .I want to convert my avi video to flv format.I email their customer service.They help me finished the work. very thanks.

I've used format factory, but found it as unsuitable for some reasons. I vote for Any Video Converter.
