Aaah slight snag
You should be able too see from the above image I've accidently created an object at some time in Xara thought I cancelled it and it looks like I managed to hide it. Now in Xara web designer 9 I can't find it on the page to delete it. Any ideas to remove it?

make all layers visible
set all layers editable and unlocked
set visibility to 1 or 'outlines'
now you should find it and be able to delete it

Why not try with Window > View Quality > Outlines and snag it that way.
Another possible is Utilities > Web Properties... > Website > Clip to page edges.

you have wd9 and i have xdp8
its possible menus aren't the same
the main thing is you sorted it and you can pass that knowledge on
