Default How to remove links from slideshow?

    Hello all,

I have been using Xara Web Designer for two weeks now, works pretty neat!

My question: How do I remove the links from the sliding slideshow?

I have included the sliding slideshow widget as a header of some of my pages. I just want sliding images without links.

While editing, I click right on the widget.
In 'Web Properties' > 'Link' I choose 'Do nothing'.
In 'Web Properties' > 'Mouse-over' I choose 'Do nothing'.

I did the same with every single page within the widget.

However, on the website the images are still clickable (pointing finger while hovering) and lead to a dead link.

    My website: www.markhuizinga.nl

    I appreciate your suggestions.

    Best regards

Don't bother try, you can't without editing the .js after export.
Instead, simply draw a rectangle shape exactly over the top of the slideshow (but not the buttons) on your page and then make it 99.9% transparent.
    Sorted

    Thanks, works like a charm!

What a creative workaround. I would not have come up with that myself.

Any reason why I shouldn't put transparency to 100%? I did that and it seems to work.

    Thanks again.

Not really, just some people think 99.9% feels more comfortable and makes it (re)selectable without going to lines view mode, it isn't.. But there you go. Personally I use 100%
